Vacancy HR Consultant
Within our HR Department, we are looking for a candidate to fill the following position: HR Consultant for Sterck Groep.
Responsibilities:
- HR projects; initiate proposals to improve the HR policies and procedures:
- Training and development of Employees
- Sickness (procedure, documentation, contact between manager and employee).
- Leave options: Maternity leave, Parental leave, Care leave, etc.
- Benefits administration (car leasing, transportation, etc).
- “Lief en Leed” – Making sure the Employees will get the right attention when they are sick/getting married/having a child etc.
- MTO – Employee satisfaction survey.
- Implementing and developing preventive measures to avoid illness or absenteeism among employees
- Implementing training and development programs for employees, with a focus on growth and education
- Perform effective administration of team member employment documentation.
- Timely response to any incoming requests of (future) team members to create a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition department.
- Collaborate with the ISO-project team. You have an advisory role regarding data (AGV) and will take actions (such as drawing up job profiles).
- Advise on solutions to the business on employee retention, performance management, conflict resolution, compensation, promotion, policy compliance and employment law.
- Support the further development of our employer brand. For instance, be classified as a Great Place to Work. As a company, we aim to participate, and we would like to have someone who will guide us to make the group a better place for all employees.
- Managing and guarding the follow-up of the personnel files in our Human Resources Information System and other related HR systems in line with labour and privacy legislation.
- Performance Management: implement performance and utilization of metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) set up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- You are a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
- Relevant experience with (proactive) implementation of new processes and projects.
- You have experience with AFAS and are interested in optimizing processes and reports.
- Experience implementing Performance Management processes.
- Language requirements: Dutch and English speaker (Mandatory).
- Willing to work from our office in Almelo at least once a week (travel arrangements covered by us).
