Our story

Since our establishment in 2008, we have had one goal: to help clients grow. We provide advice based on extensive knowledge and prioritize the customer. We do this with a team of 50 specialists who work enthusiastically and passionately every day!

Given the high demand for a complete solution for Expats, The One Stop Shop was created. From that moment on, we offer a wide range of services for expats and/or their employers in the field of immigration, registration, payroll, and housing under the name TOSS in Holland.

TOSS in Holland B.V. became an “IND recognized sponsor”. This means that we are a reliable partner for the IND and that we can sponsor highly skilled migrants coming to the Netherlands.

Due to our rapid growth, we began searching for a new location for our headquarters. We left Koningin Wilhelminaplein and exchanged it for Orlyplein in Sloterdijk. A beautiful large building, right next to Sloterdijk station.

In January, Arie Uijens Administration Office was taken over by Sterck! Arie and David have been working closely together for years and will continue to do so in the future.

The moment Qastle Ventures was launched, marking the beginning of our endeavor to build the homes of tomorrow. A vision for sustainable Expat Housing in Europe. We pioneer a transformative approach to expat life in Europe. With dedication to sustainability and innovation, our collaborative efforts with expats, developers, architects, and partners shape a new housing paradigm.

With DEEFS Professionals, we assist, support, and advise organizations in the fields of HR and Payroll. We internally trainees to become genuine payroll and HR experts.

By the end of 2023, we achieved this certification, underscoring our commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and providing our clients with the assurance that we handle their data with utmost care.

Attaining this certification posed a challenge, yet we take pride in the enhancements made to our processes and security measures. We remain dedicated to fostering a secure environment for all our stakeholders.

Due to the impressive growth of TOSS, particularly targeted towards Expats, and the expansion of our staffing services primarily focused on the Dutch market, a new name has been chosen for TOSS Uitzenden: Sterck! Uitzenden. This name aligns better with our diverse range of services.

Our in-house marketing agency has been launched. Not only are we now handling the marketing for our own brands, but we’re also assisting external brands: our motto is ‘we make brands meaningful, measurable, and memorable.
